While working with the Food & Beverage Director and Management Team, you will ensure efficient restaurant operation, event execution and maintain high productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
Impact and Influence:
This position will interact on a regular basis with Food & Beverage Director, Management Team Operations Team, Culinary teams to create memorable restaurant experiences and flawless events for guests, clients & members. Restaurant Duties and Responsibilities Assist coordination of the entire restaurant operation Deliver superior guest services and ensure absolute customer satisfaction. Respond efficiently to customer complaints Enforce and offer the best quality of products possible Assist and/or lead pre-shift on a daily basis Supervise shifts Appraise personnel's performance and provide feedback to keep them upbeat and productive Estimate consumption, forecast requirements and maintain inventory Monitor compliance with sanitation and safety rules and regulations Control costs and minimize waste Nurture a positive working environment and lead by example Monitor operations and initiate corrective actions Perform additional duties as assigned. Skills and qualifications Proven working experience as restaurant supervisor Demonstrated experience in customer service management Food and wine knowledge beneficial Proficiency in English Computer literacy and familiarity with restaurant POS Systems Strong leadership, motivational and people skills Effective teamwork and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate verbally Great customer service skills including listening carefully and exercising patience.Similar jobs in Fripp Island, SC
