Job Description

The Team Leader is responsible for driving the business and influencing the team across all day-parts and every position in the restaurant. They coach, correct, and communicate goals to the team while setting the standard for high-level excellence throughout the restaurant. Working collaboratively with Shift Managers and directors, they report to the Executive Director through the Senior Director of Operations to ensure the overall success of the business.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Effective conflict management skills Ability to lead and influence people effectively Strong analytical and problem solving skills Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when necessary Ability to function well in a high-paced and at time stressful environment Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to take initiative 2+ years of food/customer service experience Management Experience (preferred) Morning and Evening Availability required Previous Chick-fil-A experience (preferred) We look forward to you joining our team!
