This position is responsible for ensuring efficient operations, excellent customer service, product quality, food safety compliance, and overall team performance.   • Own your station and raise the standard What You'll Do Deliver outstanding customer service to all guests in person and over the phone Lead and delegate tasks to crew members during shifts Ensure all assigned duties are completed accurately and efficiently Maintain quality and presentation standards for pastries, desserts, and beverages Operate the POS system and accurately process transactions Prepare coffee and beverages during business hours Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the café Restock and organize pastry and beverage displays Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Assist with catering orders and delivery unloading Support opening and closing procedures, including equipment setup/shutdown and cleaning tasks Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment What You Bring 1-2 years of food service or café experience preferred High School Diploma/GED required Previous leadership or shift lead experience is a plus Positive attitude and passion for customer service Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Basic math and cash handling skills Experience using POS systems (Toast preferred) Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and ownership Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
