Summary As a Shift Leader at Panda Restaurant Group, you will play a pivotal role in managing daily operations and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests. This position is essential to our mission of inspiring people to better their lives while promoting a positive work environment. Responsibilities Lead and motivate team members during shifts to ensure high-quality service and operational excellence. Manage daily operations, including staffing, inventory control, and customer service. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies. Assist in training new employees on operational procedures and customer service standards. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain guest satisfaction. Monitor sales performance and assist in achieving financial goals. Requirements Proven leadership experience in a food service or restaurant environment. Strong communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others. Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is preferred. Experience in quick-service or fast-food restaurants is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
