Job Description

Job Overview We are on the lookout for a proactive and energetic Floor Manager to lead our restaurant team and ensure smooth daily operations. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind delivering top-notch customer service, managing staff, and maintaining a vibrant, efficient dining environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, experienced in food and beverage management, and eager to motivate a team to excel. Duties Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of service and cleanliness are maintained throughout the shift. Lead, supervise, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service while adhering to company policies and procedures. Manage food preparation processes, including kitchen coordination, food safety practices, and quality control. Handle POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation. Conduct staff training sessions on food handling, customer service, and safety protocols to foster continuous improvement. Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock control, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment of supplies. Support budgeting efforts by tracking sales performance and managing operational costs effectively. Experience Proven management experience in quick service or fast food restaurants, casual dining, or hospitality environments. Alcohol Server Training Compliance needed. New hires must be certified within 30 days of being employment. Strong background in food service management, including supervising teams and overseeing kitchen operations. Familiarity with POS systems like Toast POS is highly desirable. Experience with food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards across diverse culinary settings. Demonstrated ability to train staff effectively and develop team members' skills through coaching and mentoring. Background in restaurant management with a focus on customer service excellence and operational efficiency. Previous experience in hotel or catering environments is a plus; experience in fine dining or banquet settings is advantageous.
