Job Description

Duties Prepare and serve high-quality food items efficiently while maintaining strict food safety standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling Assist with inventory control to ensure stock levels meet daily operational needs Train new team members on food preparation, customer service, and restaurant procedures Manage shift operations including supervising staff, ensuring timely service, and maintaining cleanliness Support kitchen management by overseeing food production, quality assurance, and food handling protocols Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging with guests warmly and resolving issues promptly Experience Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is highly desirable Familiarity with food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety practices Experience with POS systems such as Aloha or Micros is a plus Proven ability to supervise or train staff in a hospitality or restaurant setting Background in restaurant management, kitchen management, or food service management preferred Strong leadership skills with experience in team management, interviewing, and training & development Knowledge of inventory control, budgeting, and food industry standards including catering or banquet experience is advantageous Join us to be part of an energetic team committed to excellence!
