Position Overview We are looking for a reliable and motivated Shift Lead to help run daily operations and support the store manager. This is a hands-on leadership role focused primarily on front-of-house operations, team support, and maintaining smooth, efficient shifts. Key Responsibilities Open and close the store following company procedures Lead and support team members during shifts Train new employees and reinforce company standards Ensure fast, friendly, and accurate customer service Assist the manager with inventory organization and tracking Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area Help resolve customer concerns in a professional manner Keep the team focused, productive, and on schedule Shift Schedule Full-time position Morning and night shifts available

Example:
