2nd Shift | 3:00 p.m.•11:30 p.m. Are you a motivated leader with a passion for manufacturing and team development? Reinhausen Manufacturing is seeking a Team Lead to support our production operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys mentoring others, and is committed to quality and continuous improvement. What You'll Do As a Team Lead, you'll be the vital link between our Production Supervisor and the assembly team.
Your responsibilities will include:
Delegating tasks and ensuring production schedules are met Supporting quality, safety, and housekeeping standards Training and onboarding new employees Troubleshooting production issues and implementing solutions Assisting with hiring, performance tracking, and employee development Writing work instructions and production checklists Acting as shift lead in the supervisor's absence Why Join Reinhausen? What We're Looking For High School Diploma or Associate's Degree 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing (electronics/electrical/mechanical preferred) Ability to read technical drawings and brochures Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); SAP experience a plus Strong communication, organization, and coaching skills Willingness to travel as needed Ability to lift 35-50 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment Reinhausen provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.
