We are a fast-casual dessert bar serving warm cobblers, banana pudding, shakes, and ice cream. Our environment is upbeat, fast-paced, and guest-focused. When the line builds, we move with urgency and precision. If you thrive under pressure, enjoy leading a team, and take pride in doing things the right way, this role is for you. What You'll Do Run the shift with confidence. You will lead daily operations, assign positions, manage breaks, and keep service flowing during peak hours. Protect the guest experience. Ensure fast, friendly, and accurate service. Handle concerns professionally and create positive interactions. Maintain product quality. Oversee food preparation, portioning, presentation, and food safety standards. Consistency matters. Coach and develop the team. Train new team members, provide real-time feedback, and hold staff accountable to standards. Manage operations responsibly. Operate the POS system accurately. Balance cash drawers. Complete shift reports. Support inventory and prep planning. What We're Looking For Leadership experience in fast casual or quick service restaurants Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation standards Ability to manage high-volume rushes calmly and efficiently Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Clear communication and team leadership skills Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs Experience with Heartland POS is a plus but not required.
