Nealy Pierce is recruiting a Director of Food & Nutrition Services for a growing, nonprofit acute care hospital. You'll lead a large in-house program spanning clinical nutrition, patient dining, retail/café, catering, and production - with responsibility for staffing, budget, quality, and regulatory readiness. Why Consider This Role Direct access to senior leadership Full service-line ownership (not just clinical or cafeteria) Opportunity to refresh menus and elevate patient dining Lower cost of living and easier pace than the metro No state income tax + relocation assistance available Successful Candidates Will Bring BS in Nutrition or Dietetics with approved internship/clinical experience Tennessee licensure (or ability to obtain) 5+ years supervisory and budgetary experience in acute care Experience leading both clinical nutrition and foodservice operations Strong financial acumen with a collaborative leadership style Ability to bring fresh ideas , including menu enhancements Excellent soft skills with the ability to hold teams accountable Regulatory readiness and food safety experience Clean driving record required (must be insurable) RD preferred (not required). CDM acceptable for strong hospital operators.
