What will you do? Oversee kitchen push times, ensuring all items are labeled and stored properly Assist team members in separating food to be in categorized carts and ready to be executed Review FOH notes and sticker production with the culinary team during events Ability to communicate and delegate any orders during an event Inspect suites, kitchen, and storage areas to ensure that health and safety regulations are adhered to More about you Must be able to work the majority of the event schedule Knowledge of food and wine preferred Ability to problem-solve and operate in a fast-paced environment Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends No college degree required Physical requirements Standing and walking for entire length of shift Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Shift details
