Counter Service Shift Leader

North Loop Home Slice Pizza on 53rd is looking for a Counter Service Shift Leader. This role is a key leader in our local, high volume counter operation.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Keeping daily operations running smoothly (even when the weeds are tall)Actively engaging both guests and staff constantly throughout your shiftsHolding an exceedingly high standard for cleanliness, flow, and organizationMaintaining staff standards in the art of real hospitalityEducating yourself and sharing your knowledge about our food, beverage, and service standardsBuilding positive relationships with our guests and our community

Job Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of management experience in a restaurant settingRemaining active for 8 hours or more at a time.

Schedule:

Scheduling flexibility is available, but evenings and weekends will be required.

Compensation and benefits:

Hourly position: tip share plus hourly wage averaging over $30/hr.
