In this role, you'll support daily store operations, provide excellent customer service, and help create a positive, fast-paced work environment. As a Shift Leader, you'll play an important role in delivering outstanding food, exceptional guest experiences, and strong team leadership. Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations and excellent guest service. Train, coach, and motivate team members while promoting a positive team culture. Assist with all in-store positions, including pizza preparation, oven management, order assembly, quality checks, cashier duties, and customer service. Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards throughout the restaurant. Monitor product quality and ensure every order meets Marco's Pizza standards. Assist with inventory, stocking, and shift preparation. Help coordinate delivery operations to ensure timely and accurate orders. Address customer concerns professionally and resolve issues when they arise. Support the General Manager and Assistant Manager with daily operational goals and team performance. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Must be at least 18 years of age. Previous restaurant or leadership experience is preferred but not required. Valid driver's license preferred. Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 10 hours). Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Availability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
