Responsibilities Being responsible and in charge of the stand while the GM is not present. Count Inventory. Do deposits and count the drawers. Have all positions cleaned and closed down. Make sure the stand is locked and safe. Supporting the team and jumping in where needed, creating a positive and proactive atmosphere, while having each other's back. Focus on great customer service, treating our guests like family. Maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant.

Requirements:
