In this role, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure that our customers receive the best coffee experience possible. Your leadership will be key in maintaining our high standards of service and product quality. Responsibilities Supervise daily operations of the coffee shop to ensure efficiency and quality service. Train and mentor staff on coffee preparation techniques and customer service best practices. Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock. Handle cash register operations, including processing transactions accurately. Develop sales strategies to increase revenue and promote special offers. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures. Create a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and employee engagement. Requirements Previous experience in food service or café management is preferred. Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage preparation. Excellent communication skills for effective team management and customer interaction. Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
