Summary:

This role owns the full lifecycle of event execution, from kitchen production to on-site leadership and post-event reset. It is a hands-on leadership position not just cooking ability. You will cook, lead, execute, break down, reset, and represent the brand at a high standard.

Responsibilities:

Executing kitchen production according to established standards Leading event staff and gig workers on-site Managing event flow, timing, and client experience Overseeing breakdown, unloading, cleanup, and kitchen reset Ensuring the kitchen is left prepared for the next production cycle Our Commitment to
