This position is ideal for someone who is organized, hands-on, solution-oriented, and experienced in fast-paced restaurant environments. We are looking for a leader who can help improve systems, support store managers, maintain accountability, and help strengthen overall operations and customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations across restaurant locations Support and assist store managers and staff Monitor labor, food cost, cleanliness, and customer service standards Help implement systems, checklists, and operational procedures Ensure stores are following company standards and health regulations Assist with hiring, scheduling, coaching, and team accountability Identify operational issues and help create solutions Coordinate with ownership on operational goals and improvements Visit locations regularly and maintain operational consistency Help improve efficiency, communication, and overall store performance

Qualifications:

Previous restaurant management or multi-location experience preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work in fast-paced environments Organized and dependable Problem-solving mindset Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends.
