We're seeking a motivated Shift Lead to join our vibrant hospitality team! In this role, you'll be the driving force behind smooth daily operations, ensuring exceptional service and maintaining high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness. Your leadership will inspire your team to deliver memorable experiences to every guest while managing the flow of the restaurant with confidence and enthusiasm. Duties Supervise daily restaurant operations during your shift, ensuring efficient food preparation, timely service, and excellent customer interactions Lead and motivate staff through training, coaching, and development to uphold service standards and operational procedures Oversee food handling, safety protocols, and cleanliness in compliance with health regulations Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste Operate Toast POS systems for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation Ensure accurate cash handling and financial transactions at the register Support staff scheduling, interviewing potential team members, and managing shift coverage to optimize staffing levels Experience Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management with a strong background in customer service Prior supervisory or team management experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling expertise required Experience with inventory control, food safety standards, and kitchen management practices Knowledge of culinary techniques gained through casual dining or fine dining experience is highly valued Demonstrated leadership skills in training & development, staff supervision, and operational oversight Background in hospitality management or related fields such as hotel or catering services is advantageous Join us as a Shift Lead and become an integral part of a lively team dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences!
