Full Job Description Shift Leader Duties:
- Oversee and coordinate the activities of the shift staff
- Ensure smooth operations during the shift including, customer service, food production, and deliveries.
- Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching and guidance to the team
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues that may arise
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with other shift leaders and management to ensure consistent service quality
Requirements:
- Previous experience in bartending, food production, catering, or related roles
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
