The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality, ensuring that our guests receive the highest quality of food and beverage service. This role involves supervising staff, managing daily operations, and maintaining standards of excellence in both casual and fine dining settings. This is primarily a morning shift position, but other shifts may be scheduled as needed. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the food and beverage department to ensure smooth service delivery. Train and develop staff in food handling, cash handling, and customer service best practices. Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock for coffee and other beverages. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Assist in menu planning and development, focusing on quality and presentation. Supervise team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with the management team to implement promotional activities that enhance guest experience. Skills Proven experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry, preferably in casual or fine dining settings. Strong training development skills to effectively onboard new staff members. Excellent management abilities with a focus on team building and motivation. Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations. Proficiency in cash handling processes to ensure accurate transactions. Exceptional customer service skills with a keen attention to detail. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
