Job Description
Position Summary ARS Brands Inc. owns and operates over 125 restaurants across four states. As we continue our rapid expansion, we are seeking a dynamic Area Coach to join our leadership team. Reporting to the Area Director of Operations, you will be responsible for providing high-level coaching, direction, and people development for a specific group of restaurants. Your primary mission is to maximize long-term sales and profitability by improving restaurant operations and building a world-class team of leaders.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities Operational Leadership & Excellence Performance Coaching:
Partner with General Managers (GMs) and their staff to ensure optimum sales and profitability across your portfolio.Brand Standards:
Lead Restaurant Management Teams to achieve the highest levels of Quality, Service, Cleanliness, and Food Safety.Certification Oversight:
Ensure all GMs and Shift Leads are fully certified and compliant with company standards.Operational Reviews:
Conduct comprehensive operational reviews of all day parts at each restaurant location at least once per month.Product Implementation:
Successfully roll out new products, procedures, and equipment while maintaining core business systems.Talent Management & Culture Staffing & Retention:
Interview, hire, and retain top-tier management talent. Assist GMs in developing their own leadership teams. "Shoulder-to-Shoulder"Leadership:
Work directly with GMs in the field to maintain crew staffing levels, reduce turnover, and foster a fun, high-energy restaurant atmosphere.Accountability:
Adhere to all company people practices and manage corrective actions when policies are not followed.Financial & Asset Management Sales Growth:
Analyze sales trends and identify specific patterns and opportunities to drive growth within your territory.Profit Objectives:
Meet annual, quarterly, and monthly profit targets as established by the Area Director of Operations.Audit & Security:
Complete monthly cash and security audits to protect restaurant personnel and assets.Minimum Qualifications Experience:
Proven experience in Multi-Unit Management within the restaurant or retail industry.Certification:
Current Food Safety Certification required.Technical Skills:
Excellent written, verbal, and computer proficiency.Mobility:
Reliable transportation is required, as this role involves consistent travel to various restaurant locations.Background Check:
This position requires a valid driver's license and the ability to successfully pass a motor vehicle record check, as well as a criminal background check.Additional Requirements Operational Expertise:
Experienced in ensuring operational effectiveness for multi-unit organizations with a thorough understanding of Wingstop standards and procedures.Communication:
Strong oral and written communication skills, including public speaking and the ability to conduct effective team meetings.Leadership Style:
Ability to provide professional guidance and coaching to both management and Team Members (TMs).Independence:
