In it's reimagining, the 407 room downtown hotel recalls a grand European home. In search of a culinary enthusiast who knows that great food can take an experience from special to extraordinary and who has a strong desire to set that standard. A Kitchen Supervisor is meticulous and consistent with an eye for detail, a passion for creativity, and the desire to both learn and teach. This individual is comfortable leading and training others and assists the chefs with everything from opening and closing the kitchen to inventory and receiving.
