Manage cash handling procedures and operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS accurately. Control inventory levels, monitor stock rotation, and assist with food management to minimize waste. Train new team members on food service protocols, customer service excellence, and safety procedures. Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a positive dining experience. Assist in shift planning, scheduling staff coverage, and managing operational budgets to optimize efficiency. Skills Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with strong supervisory background. Skilled in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling safety practices. Proficient with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate transactions. Excellent leadership abilities with experience in staff training, team management, and supervising diverse teams. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach to guest interactions.
