Responsibilities Lead and supervise restaurant staff during your shift, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service. Oversee food preparation and ensure all dishes meet quality standards, adhering to food safety regulations. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and transaction accuracy. Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock control, and coordinate food and supply orders to minimize waste. Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching to enhance skills in food handling, customer service, and operational procedures. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to guarantee a positive dining experience. Assist with shift scheduling, labor cost management, and profit & loss analysis to support restaurant profitability. Requirements Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with supervisory or management responsibilities. Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, food safety management, and kitchen operations. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; cash handling experience is essential. Demonstrated leadership skills in managing hospitality teams, supervising staff, and training new employees. Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate teams and deliver outstanding customer service. Experience in inventory control, food production, catering, or banquet operations is a plus. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
