The operations supervisor will work directly with the Service Center Manager to manage daily driver routing, planning and dispatching. A qualified candidate must have previous LTL freight experience. Shift is 2pm-close. Responsibilities Routing drivers to customer locations for pickup or delivery Supervise loading of customer merchandise on trailers Maintain compliance with FMCSR and company policy Maintain ACI service standards Train and supervise staff Find ways to increase quality of customer service Skills Verifiable work experience as operations supervisor or similar Excellent communication skills Leadership ability Outstanding organizational skills High level of follow-through Knowledge of DFW Metroplex Forklift - 2 years
