Providing excellent guest service Assisting guests with purchasing game cards Assisting guests with arcade games and attractions Ensuring the location is safe and clean for our guests Filling games with tickets and fixing minor arcade game problems Managing and balancing cash drawers Representing the company in addressing guest concerns Providing leadership to a team of amazing co-workers Benefits of a full-time career with

Requirements:

The ideal candidate: Has experience in guest service / customer service roles Has experience leading teams of staff members toward success Has the ability to train and coach staff members on tasks and guest service Has experience counting and balancing cash drawers and deposits Is energetic, outgoing, and upbeat. Sets a positive example for the team. Enjoys making a difference in the lives of our guests through outstanding guest service Is coachable and willing to learn. No arcade supervisory experience is required for this position, we will provide you with all the training you need!
