Full-Time, Exempt Overview Shreem Capital, a trailblazer in the hotel industry, is actively seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to shape and optimize our Food & Beverage landscape. Position Summary As the Food & Beverage Manager at Hotel Indigo Irving-Las Colinas, an IHG lifestyle brand, you will play a vital leadership role in delivering a unique and memorable dining experience that reflects the spirit of the local neighborhood. You will oversee all F&B operations including the hotel's signature restaurant KLEO, Café La Serie bistro, and banquet/event spaces. This role combines operational excellence with creative hospitality to drive guest satisfaction, team engagement, and financial results.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, bistro, and banquet departments to ensure service excellence and consistency with brand and quality standards. Lead, coach, and develop F&B supervisors, servers, bartenders, banquet captains, and support staff across all outlets. Ensure that each outlet delivers a guest experience that embodies the unique, neighborhood-inspired vibe of the Hotel Indigo brand. Partner with Sales, Culinary, and Events teams to ensure seamless planning and execution of meetings, weddings, and other banquet functions. Manage labor and operating costs through smart scheduling, forecasting, and inventory control to meet departmental financial goals. Enforce IHG and local policies related to health, safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service. Monitor and respond to guest feedback via surveys, online reviews, and direct interaction; take proactive steps to enhance service quality. Participate in developing creative F&B promotions, menu enhancements, and local partnerships to drive revenue and community engagement.
Qualifications:
2+ years of progressive Food & Beverage leadership experience in a full-service hotel or upscale restaurant environment. Previous IHG experience or familiarity with Hotel Indigo brand standards is a plus. Strong working knowledge of restaurant, bar, and banquet operations, including BEO management and event execution. Proven leadership skills with a hands-on, guest-centric approach to hospitality. Excellent communication, team development, and organizational skills. Proficient in POS and hospitality systems (e.g., Opera, MICROS, etc.). ServSafe and TIPS certification (or equivalent) preferred. Flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
