El/La Líder de Turno ayudará a manejar las operaciones diarias de la tienda, apoyar al equipo, brindar buen servicio al cliente y asegurar que se sigan los estándares de calidad de comida y limpieza.
Requisitos:
Debe tener disponibilidad para trabajar un horario flexible Debe poder trabajar en la mañana, en la tarde/noche y los fines de semana Debe ser responsable, confiable y puntual Debe tener buena comunicación Debe poder liderar y apoyar al equipo Se prefiere experiencia en restaurante o comida rápida Debe poder trabajar en un ambiente rápido
Responsabilidades:

Full-Time We are looking for a reliable and responsible Full-Time Shift Leader to join our team. The Shift Leader will help manage daily store operations, support team members, provide good customer service, and make sure food quality and cleanliness standards are followed.
Requirements:
Must be available to work a flexible schedule Must be able to work mornings, evenings, and weekends Must be responsible, dependable, and on time Must have good communication skills Must be able to lead and support team members Restaurant or fast-food experience is preferred Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
Lead the team during the shift Help with opening and closing duties Make sure customers receive friendly and fast service Prepare food and follow company standards Keep the store clean and organized Help train and support employees Follow food safety and company policies Communicate any issues to the manager or owner We are looking for someone who is hardworking, flexible, and ready to be part of our team.
