Overview We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Shift Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and a keen eye for detail. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, and leading a team to achieve operational excellence. This role is critical in maintaining high standards of cleanliness,sales and customer satisfaction within our facility. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness standards throughout the facility, ensuring all areas are well-kept Requirements Proven experience in a leadership role within a customer-focused environment. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with clients. Attention to detail to ensure high-quality service delivery. Experience or knowledge in car wash operations is preferred. Ability to drive operational initiatives that enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Excellent communication skills to effectively lead and motivate team members. Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
