Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic team as a Beverage Cart Attendant and bring energy, enthusiasm, and exceptional service to our vibrant golf course environment! In this role, you will be the friendly face delivering refreshing beverages, snacks, and excellent customer service directly to players on the course. Your proactive approach will ensure a smooth, enjoyable experience for all guests while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to combine your passion for food and beverage service with outdoor activity in a fast-paced, fun setting. Duties Serve a variety of beverages and snacks efficiently from the beverage cart while engaging with players in a friendly, professional manner Prepare and restock the cart with food items, drinks, utensils, and supplies, ensuring cleanliness and proper food handling procedures are followed Manage cash handling transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, including sales, upselling, and receipt processing Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the cart, adhering to food safety standards and sanitation protocols throughout your shift Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as assembling snack packages or garnishing drinks to enhance customer satisfaction Monitor inventory levels regularly and communicate supply needs to management promptly Uphold excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, providing recommendations, and ensuring an enjoyable experience on the course Qualifications Previous experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or retail environments is preferred; golf course or hospitality experience is a plus Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; cash handling skills are essential Strong time management skills to efficiently serve multiple players in a fast-paced setting Basic math skills for cash transactions and inventory management Familiarity with food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting supplies or moving around the course comfortably Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor Experience with food preparation or culinary activities is advantageous but not required; willingness to learn is essential Join us as a Beverage Cart Attendant where your energetic approach and dedication will contribute to memorable experiences for our guests!
