Candidate must be a dependable and reliable morning person as this job requires arrival at 5AM with the shift ending around 11:30AM. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving breakfast items, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a passion for food service, contributing to an exceptional dining experience. Responsibilities Prepare and cook breakfast items according to established recipes and standards. Set up and replenish the breakfast buffet with fresh food items and condiments as needed. Keep inventory and report to GM so we are able to keep all mandatory items in stock Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas throughout the shift. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently - only ovens and microwaves. Assist guests with special dietary need requests and provide excellent customer service. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food preparation and handling. Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and report any shortages to management. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or culinary roles is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Ability to operate kitchen equipment effectively, including meat cutting tools if necessary. Strong attention to detail in food preparation and presentation. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Flexibility to work early morning weekends .
