The Role:
Team Member (aka "Juicer") As a Juicer, you're the face of the brand. You'll create crave-worthy smoothies, bowls, and juices while delivering an upbeat, welcoming experience that keeps guests coming back. You don't need to be a nutrition expert on day one — we'll teach you — but curiosity, hustle, and a great vibe are a must. What You'll Be Doing Creating smoothies, juices, and bowls exactly to spec (consistency = key) Keeping the store clean, fresh, and guest-ready at all times Learning and sharing Nekter nutrition info with confidence Working the register and handling cash responsibly Prepping ingredients and washing produce properly Supporting promos, coupons, gift cards, and cleanses Jumping in wherever needed — teamwork makes the dream work What We're Looking For A positive attitude and strong work ethic Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment Great communication and people skills Attention to detail (portioning matters!)
