Locker Room Supplies:

Purchasing, stocking and inventories.

• Scheduling employees
• Monthly beverage inventory
• Managing daily operations and employees
• Executing tasks assigned by Food and Beverage Director
• Planning and Overseeing events held in locker room
• Working with housekeeping and Maintenance staff to ensure cleanliness and repairs are completed in a timely manner
• Working with Golf Staff on locker rentals, cleanliness and inventory
• Working Attendant shifts : Serving Food and Making Drinks
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
• Assist with menu recommendations and answer questions about the menu
• Ensure tables are set up properly and clean before seating guests
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area
• Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and accurate order delivery
• Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
• Upsell menu items and promote daily specials to increase sales

Experience:

• Previous experience in food service and bartending roles.
• Strong math skills for handling payments and making change accurately
