Job Description
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team. The Shift Leader will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.Duties:
- Supervise and lead a team of employees during assigned shifts
- Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation
- Utilize POS system for order processing and inventory control
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies
- Assist in training new employees and providing ongoing coaching to team members
- Maintain inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Collaborate with the Assistant Manager to achieve business goals
Requirements:
- Previous experience in food service management or a similar role
- Proficiency in POS system and kitchen management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise a team effectively
- Knowledge of inventory control procedures and food safety regulations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
