Full-Time Pay:

Starting at $19/hour + Tips. Tips can earn an additional $4-$6 per hour, bringing total earnings well above the base rate. Why Work at Eggman? You'll learn how to run a successful restaurant while helping deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Shift Lead Responsibilities:

Open and close shifts to Eggman standards, consistently and autonomously Lead the team during shifts with confidence, urgency, and professionalism Manage shift operations in the absence of a manager Help maintain fast ticket times while ensuring food quality and guest experience standards Support full operations wherever needed Monitor cleanliness, organization, food safety, and operational standards throughout the shift Coach and support crew members during live operations Communicate clearly with team members and leadership Proactively lead inventory counts, organization, and stock management Assist with prep, stocking, cleaning, and shift transitions Help solve operational issues quickly and professionally Represent the Eggman brand, culture, and values at all times Other duties as assigned What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong work ethic Dependable attendance and reliable transportation Prior restaurant experience Previous leadership experience is a plus, but not required Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to stay calm under pressure Desire to learn, grow, and take on leadership responsibilities The Ideal Candidate You don't have to know everything today.
