WHAT YOU'LL DO

Supervise daily operations in the absence of management and assist in managing the team to achieve sales targets. Provide training and support to new employees, ensuring they understand company policies and procedures. Oversee cash handling processes and ensure accuracy in transactions. Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, conducting regular audits, and coordinating restocking efforts. Maintain a clean, organized store environment that meets company standards. Engage with customers to provide exceptional service, resolve issues, and promote products effectively.

WHAT WE THINK YOU'LL NEED

1 year of restaurant or service industry experience desirable and prior leadership experience recommended. Good understanding of a production facility operations

• equivalent to 1-2 years' work experience.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to assist with catering orders/deliveries. Join our team as a Team Leader where you can make an impact while developing your career in retail management!
