In this energetic role, you'll lead daily operations, motivate staff, ensure exceptional customer service, and uphold food safety standards. Your leadership will inspire teamwork, streamline service flow, and create memorable dining experiences for every guest. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop management skills while working in a lively hospitality setting. Duties Supervise and coordinate restaurant operations during your shift to ensure smooth service delivery. Lead and motivate team members, providing clear direction and support to uphold high standards of customer service and food quality. Oversee food preparation, cooking, and food handling processes to maintain safety and quality standards. Manage POS systems for accurate order processing, cash handling, and transaction reconciliation. Control inventory levels, assist with ordering supplies, and monitor stock to minimize waste and optimize food costs. Train new staff members on food safety procedures, service protocols, and operational tasks to foster a knowledgeable team. Handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction and positive dining experiences. Assist in managing shift schedules, budgeting tasks, and ensuring compliance with health regulations. Experience Proven supervisory or team management experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant environment. Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management within casual dining or fine dining settings. Familiarity with POS systems along with cash handling expertise. Experience with inventory control, food safety standards, and food industry regulations. Prior involvement in staff training, development programs, and restaurant management roles. Knowledge of hospitality management principles including customer service excellence and team leadership.
