As a key team member, you will lead staff during your shift, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain high standards of food quality and safety. Your leadership will drive team performance, streamline food and beverage service, and uphold the restaurant's reputation for excellence. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop management skills while working in a vibrant hospitality setting. Responsibilities Supervise daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and cleanliness standards Lead and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer experiences through effective training and support Manage shift schedules, assign tasks, and monitor staff performance to ensure smooth workflow Oversee food safety practices, proper food handling, and adherence to health regulations Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, including cash handling and reconciliation Control inventory levels by monitoring stock supplies, placing orders, and minimizing waste Ensure quick service by coordinating kitchen activities, managing food production, and maintaining efficient kitchen management practices Skills Proven experience in food service management within quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining environments Strong leadership skills with experience supervising staff and conducting training & development programs Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality management and guest satisfaction Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking processes, and food safety standards Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for accurate transactions and reporting Ability to manage inventory control, budgeting, and food management processes effectively Experience in supervising kitchen operations, catering, banquets, or hotel food service is a plus Strong communication skills with the ability to interview candidates and support team development Demonstrated ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment Join us as a Restaurant Shift Leader where your enthusiasm for hospitality meets your leadership talents!
