Shift Leader

Position summary We're looking for dependable, motivated Shift Leaders who can help lead the team, support daily operations, and create a great guest experience. This role is perfect for someone who leads by example, stays calm under pressure, and knows how to keep a shift running smoothly. What you'll do Lead by example in guest service, teamwork, and urgency Help open, run, and close shifts according to company standards Support cashiers, hosts, servers, and other team members during busy periods Help manage shift flow, staffing positions, and front-of-house operations Handle guest questions or concerns with professionalism and care Support training and coaching for new team members Help maintain cleanliness, food safety, and operational standards Monitor accuracy, speed of service, and overall shift performance Assist with drawer counts, shift paperwork, and other assigned tasks Communicate clearly with managers and team members throughout the shift What we're looking for Positive attitude and strong leadership presence Reliable, punctual, and able to take ownership Strong communication and problem-solving skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment Able to coach others and hold standards Flexible availability, including nights and weekends Previous restaurant experience required Leadership or supervisory experience preferred What you'll love about this job Opportunity to grow into management Flexible scheduling Hands-on leadership experience Fast-paced, team-driven environment Training and development opportunities
