What You'll Do As a Shift Supervisor, your primary responsibility is serving both our customers and your teammates.

Daily responsibilities include:

Greeting every customer with energy and enthusiasm Processing customer transactions Safely loading vehicles into the wash tunnel Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe environment Supporting teammates and helping create a positive team culture Taking ownership of challenges and finding solutions Who Succeeds at Watershed? • 16.00 per hour plus commissions Most team members earn an additional $2+ per hour through commissions Top performers are on pace to earn $50,000
