Job Description
Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced food service environment. Ideal candidates will have a passion for providing excellent customer service, enjoy working in a team, and possess a strong work ethic. This role offers an opportunity to gain valuable experience in the food industry, including food preparation, cashiering, and sanitation practices. Prior restaurant or retail experience is a plus but not required; we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed. As a Crew Member, you will be the face of our establishment, ensuring every guest has a positive experience from start to finish. Responsibilities Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and safety standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and cash handling Provide friendly and efficient customer service, taking orders and addressing customer inquiries Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment in compliance with food safety regulations Assist with bussing tables, restocking supplies, and ensuring a clean environment Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems Follow all food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure quality standards are met Support team members during busy periods by performing various duties including food prep, serving, and cleaning Experience Previous experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or retail environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food safety standards is advantageous Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, sales transactions, and inventory counts Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment within a fast-paced setting Prior experience in cashiering, serving, bussing tables, or working in grocery stores or cafés is beneficial Join our team as a Crew Member to develop your skills in the food industry while delivering exceptional service to our guests.
