In this pivotal role, you will lead daily restaurant operations, motivate staff, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. Your leadership will drive efficiency, uphold food safety standards, and foster a positive work environment. It is important that you are able to delegate and manage a team as well as follow instructions from managers and the owner. It's important to have fun ! And we believe in that. Duties Supervise and coordinate restaurant staff during shifts, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service Oversee food preparation, cooking, and food handling to maintain high quality standards and safety compliance Manage POS systems such as Adora POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling Control inventory levels through effective stock management, ordering supplies as needed to prevent shortages Train new team members on food service procedures, safety protocols, and customer engagement techniques Monitor kitchen and dining areas to uphold cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety regulations Assist with budgeting, labor scheduling, and shift management to optimize operational efficiency Support staff development through coaching, performance feedback, and conducting interviews for new hires Qualifications Proven experience in food service management or restaurant supervision within quick service or fast food environments Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards Hands-on experience with POS systems such as Adora POS and Micros POS; cash handling expertise required Demonstrated leadership skills with previous supervising or team management roles in hospitality settings Excellent communication skills with the ability to train staff effectively and foster teamwork Background in managing inventory control, budgeting, and food production processes Prior experience in fine dining or casual dining establishments is a plus; banquet or catering experience is beneficial Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Join us as a Restaurant Shift Leader and become part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering memorable dining experiences!
