Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Restaurant and Banquet Supervisor, where your leadership will elevate the dining experience for guests and ensure seamless operations across all food service outlets. In this energetic role, you will oversee daily restaurant and banquet functions, supervise staff, uphold food safety standards, and deliver exceptional customer service. Your expertise in managing diverse food environments—from casual dining to fine dining and catering—will drive success and create memorable experiences for our guests. Responsibilities Supervise daily restaurant and banquet operations, ensuring efficient service delivery and high guest satisfaction Lead, train, and develop staff members in food preparation, serving techniques, POS systems (Micros POS), and food safety protocols Oversee food handling, inventory control, and food production processes to maintain quality standards and minimize waste Manage shift schedules, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to health regulations and safety procedures Coordinate catering events and banquet setups, ensuring timely execution from food preparation to presentation Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems; perform cash handling duties with integrity Conduct staff interviews, participate in hiring decisions, and support ongoing training & development initiatives Experience Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or banquet environment with a strong understanding of food service management Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management practices Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; familiarity with cash handling procedures Background in hospitality management, including team management, training & development, and shift supervision Prior involvement in fine dining or casual dining settings; banquet or catering experience highly preferred Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work environment Knowledge of food safety standards, inventory control practices, and budgeting within the food industry Experience working in hotel or resort settings is advantageous; barista or coffee experience is a plus Embark on a rewarding journey where your leadership transforms ordinary meals into extraordinary experiences. $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
