Riverton, UT Job Details $14 - $15 an hour 15 hours ago Qualifications High school diploma or GED Driver's License Full Job Description Murphy's Cafe 126 We are located on 12575 S Rhetski Ln Unit 103, Riverton UT 84065, We're looking for a dependable and motivated Shift Leader to help oversee daily restaurant operations and lead our crew to deliver a consistently great experience for every guest. What You'll Do As a Shift Leader, you'll be responsible for all restaurant activities while on duty in the absence of the General Manager.
That includes:
Ensuring every guest receives excellent service — handling special requests and resolving issues promptly and professionally Monitoring all areas of restaurant operations and addressing problems before they escalate Coaching, training, and providing regular feedback to crew members to keep performance high Managing staffing levels and labor costs while maintaining quality and cleanliness standards Completing opening and/or closing duties and all required daily administrative tasks Communicating crew performance to the General Manager and maintaining proper documentation when needed Upholding and enforcing all company policies, standards, and procedures — fairly and consistently What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Must be 18 or older Successfully completed the Crew Person Training Program (or equivalent experience) Strong verbal and written communication skills — bilingual skills are a plus Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of insurance Flexible availability, including opening and closing shifts Solid organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to get results through others Physical Requirements This is an active role. You should be comfortable standing for extended periods, working in warm conditions, and lifting up to 75 lbs. Why Join Us?
