Micro Shelter Shift Lead Grave Shift (11 pm- 7 am) Full-Time Position

Friends of Switchpoint is a non-profit organization that has been serving those individuals, families and veterans experiencing poverty and homelessness since 2014.OUR MISSION

A Micro-Shelter Shift Lead is responsible for their assigned shift running smoothly, answering questions from their team, collaborating with their team and other shift leads, problem-solving and teaching their staff to do the same, providing necessary training to team members, and ensuring their shift has enough staff present.Requirements:
Job Responsibilities:
Reports to Site Manager- maintains clear communication relating to Micro-Shelter clients, staff and operations
- reports concern, seeks guidance, shares feedback, etc.
- ensuring site rules and regulations are communicated clearly.
- showing kindness and compassion w/accountability Check-in with each team member regularly to provide positive feedback, constructive criticism, set/follow-up on goals, etc.
Full-Time Employee Benefits:
