Swing Shift CNC Machine Shop Supervisor

You'll lead the swing shift while staying actively involved on the machines. Leadership & Production Lead a team of 6-8 machinists on swing shift Plan, prioritize, and execute daily production work Review setups, programming, tooling, and work instructions Assign jobs and ensure deadlines, quality, and efficiency are met Communicate progress, issues, and needs with day shift leadership and project managers Machining & Problem Solving Operate CNC mills/lathes (including 4 & 5-axis) as needed Support complex setups and troubleshoot machining challenges Guide CNC programmers and mentor machinists at all levels Quality & Safety Ensure parts meet tight tolerances and customer expectations Review inspection reports and ensure documentation is complete Lead safety efforts, training, and safe work practices on your shift Team Development Train and develop machinists in setups, machining, and quality Provide performance feedback and help grow the team's capabilities What You Bring Lead.
