Duties Prepare and serve a variety of food items efficiently and accurately, ensuring quality standards are met Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, sales transactions, and cash handling Provide friendly and attentive customer service, assisting guests with menu selections, upselling items, and addressing inquiries Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and food preparation zones in compliance with food safety regulations Handle cash register operations including cashiering, processing payments, and balancing cash drawers at the end of shifts Support food industry best practices by managing food handling procedures, sanitation standards, and proper food storage Assist with bussing tables, cleaning service areas, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests Skills Proven experience in food preparation, food service or quick service & fast food restaurant environments Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for sales transactions and cashiering tasks Strong customer service skills with the ability to upsell menu items effectively Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling techniques Basic math skills for retail math, cash handling, and transaction accuracy Ability to work independently while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced setting Join us to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering memorable guest experiences!
