What You'll Do:
As a Burrito Bros. Shift Lead, you'll support the Store Manager in daily operations while leading by example to ensure a high-performing team and exceptional guest experience.Responsibilities include:
Supervising and mentoring team members, including Cashiers and Food Prep staff Assisting with scheduling, training, and performance feedback Ensuring smooth operations during shifts, including guest service, food prep, and store cleanliness Handling cash, deposits, and transactions accurately Upholding food safety and sanitation standards Supporting the Store Manager in achieving operational and service goalsWhat We're Looking For:
