Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food handling, food safety compliance, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. Train and supervise kitchen staff and dietary aides in proper food preparation, knife skills, and food service procedures. Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with health regulations, safety standards, and sanitation guidelines. Experience Proven experience in culinary roles within fine dining or restaurant environments specializing in Mediterranean cuisine. Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal presentation. Prior experience working in dietary departments or with dietary aides is highly desirable. Knowledge of menu planning, food handling safety protocols, and catering operations. Demonstrated proficiency in knife skills, food industry standards, and kitchen management.
