Night Chef / Shift Lead
  • Full-Time (Nights & Weekends Required)
About Us:
Popitos Pizza is a bustling, beloved local spot known for our authentic, handcrafted pizzas and vibrant & friendly atmosphere. We're looking for a skilled Night Chef / Shift Lead to help lead our team, maintain our high standards, and keep our kitchen running smoothly during evening and weekend shifts.
What You'll Do:
  • Lead & Manage:
  • Supervise and motivate team members, ensuring efficient operations and a positive work environment.
  • Cook & Prep:
  • Prepare high-quality pizzas—rolling dough, prepping ingredients, and cooking to perfection.
  • Customer Service:
  • Handle customer concerns with professionalism and ensure a great dining experience.
  • Operations & Ordering:
  • Manage inventory, place supply orders, and oversee daily store operations.
  • Closing Duties:
  • Ensure the restaurant is cleaned, organized, and securely closed at the end of the shift.
What We're Looking For:
  • Experience:
  • Proven kitchen experience (pizzeria/restaurant preferred).
  • Leadership:
  • Strong management skills—able to coach a team and keep shifts running smoothly.
  • Reliability:
  • Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work nights/weekends.
  • Multitasking:
  • Comfortable handling cooking, prep, and operational tasks under pressure.
  • Key Holder Responsibility:
